By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you ("User", "Client", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Rent A Romiio and the User.
2. Nature of Services
Rent A Romiio is an online companionship platform that connects verified male companions ("Romiios") with women seeking friendly, social, and lifestyle companionship experiences.
All experiences are non-physical, consent-based, and purely social interactions such as:
- Coffee or movie outings
- Event attendance or party companionship
- City travel or tours
- Emotional support and friendly conversations
- Fitness and lifestyle activities
No sexual, escort, or adult entertainment services are provided, promoted, or tolerated.
3. Eligibility
The client must be 18 years or older to use the services.
Clients must provide accurate and verifiable personal details during registration and booking.
If any false, misleading, or unverifiable information is found in the client's details, the Company reserves the full right to cancel, suspend, or permanently terminate the service without any refund.
The Company also reserves the right to deny or terminate service to any user who violates our terms, behaves inappropriately, or engages in conduct deemed unsafe or disrespectful.
4. Expenses During Meeting
Any expenses incurred during the meeting — such as food, beverages, movie tickets, travel fares, or entry passes — will be fully borne by the client.
The companion will not pay or contribute to any cost related to the outing, event, or meeting.
Clients are expected to be transparent and courteous while managing such expenses.
5. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through the official website of Rent A Romiio.
Payments must be completed in advance using approved payment methods.
Prices and packages may vary depending on duration.
Once a booking is confirmed, rescheduling or cancellation is subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will not be eligible for any refund.
Once a booking has been confirmed, no monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.
If, due to any reason, the client wishes to discontinue or cancel the service, the amount paid will not be refunded. However, the client will be eligible to reschedule or avail the same service within 15 days of the original booking date.
In case of non-availability or no-show by the companion, or any technical issue from our end, the client may choose to reschedule the service within the next 15 days, subject to slot availability.
Refunds are not applicable once the service is marked as completed or partially utilized.
7. Payment Dispute Protection
All payments must be made in advance through WhatsApp page of Rent A Romiio.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any failed, delayed, or declined payments due to third-party gateway errors, bank issues, or user-side problems.
In case of such disputes, clients must contact their bank or payment service provider directly.
Once payment is confirmed, the booking will be considered valid and no chargebacks or reversals will be entertained by the Company.
8. User Conduct
Clients must behave respectfully toward companions and adhere to the platform's code of conduct at all times.
Physical contact, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any illegal proposal is strictly prohibited.
Clients must not attempt to contact companions outside the platform without explicit permission.
Companions have full rights to discontinue the session immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the booking, permanent suspension of the client account, and possible legal action.
9. Safety and Privacy
All companions are background-verified and trained to maintain a professional and safe environment.
The Company ensures confidentiality of user and companion information under applicable data protection laws.
Clients and companions must not record, share, or post personal details, photos, or videos without explicit consent.
Any breach of privacy or unauthorized sharing of information may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings and information during interactions.
The Company reserves the right to monitor and investigate any suspected misuse of data or unsafe behavior to protect all parties.
10. Liability Limitation
Rent A Romiio acts solely as a platform connecting clients and companions and does not participate in the actual interactions.
The Company shall not be held liable for any personal misunderstandings, disputes, losses, emotional distress, or incidents occurring during or after the booked session.
Users are responsible for their own safety, conduct, and decisions during and after the session.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or financial loss.
All interactions are at the client's and companion's own discretion, and the Company's role is strictly limited to service facilitation.
11. Relationship Between Parties
All companions ("Romiios") associated with Rent A Romiio are officially engaged or employed by the Company and are bound by its professional code of conduct and policies.
The Company manages all bookings, scheduling, and coordination between clients and companions to ensure a safe and respectful experience.
While the Company ensures proper training and behavior of its companions, it shall not be held liable for any personal misunderstandings or actions taken by either party beyond the scope of the booked service.
Both clients and companions are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Company during every interaction.
12. Misuse / Harassment Clause
Any attempt to contact a companion outside the platform, request personal information, or coerce them into uncomfortable situations will result in immediate termination of the user account.
The Company reserves the right to report such behavior to legal authorities and pursue necessary legal action.
Clients found engaging in harassment, threats, stalking, or any form of abuse may be permanently banned from using Rent A Romiio services.
Rent A Romiio may also take precautionary measures to protect companions, including blocking accounts, restricting access, and notifying affected parties.
All users are expected to adhere strictly to a professional, respectful, and consent-based interaction policy.
13. Platform Usage
Users may not misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to impersonation, harassment, or unauthorized promotion of services.
Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems, data, or operations is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action.
Rent A Romiio reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, monitor platform usage, and take preventive measures to protect both companions and clients.
Users are expected to use the platform responsibly and maintain the integrity and security of the services provided.
14. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the platform or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the responsibility of users to regularly review the Terms & Conditions to stay informed about any changes.
15. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate user access immediately for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, abusive behavior, misuse of services, or violation of platform policies.
Any pending payments or dues must be settled in full before termination.
Termination may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation, at the sole discretion of the Company.
Users whose accounts are terminated will lose access to all bookings, services, and platform features.

It does not promote or engage in any form of adult entertainment, sexual services, or physical intimacy.
Both clients and companions are expected to adhere strictly to a professional, respectful, and consent-based code of conduct at all times.
The Company is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or interactions that occur outside the platform-defined boundaries.
Users acknowledge that all interactions are voluntary and at their own discretion, and any misuse, illegal activity, or misconduct may result in account termination and legal action.
Rent A Romiio disclaims liability for any emotional, physical, or financial outcomes arising from interactions facilitated through the platform.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to the services, bookings, or Terms of Rent A Romiio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection regarding venue or jurisdiction.
The Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to protect its services, companions, and clients in accordance with applicable laws.
